We have been providing software of benefit to traders since 1997. Many of our users have said that this software and prior versions have saved them dozens of hours and hundreds of dollars. We hope that you find that this software proves to be so useful that you will help us spread the word about it. Our best advertisement is the continued satisfied commentary from our users and we want you to join this group!
We have attempted to provide a very comprehensive help manual and hope that this proves useful to you. In the event that you cannot find a solution to your help need in this manual, we maintain office hours between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. in the eastern time zone and our phone number is (912) 897-0435.
For those of you who are averse to reading any manual, the very least you need to know to use the software is:
1. Create a project folder on your computer
2. Get your trade data and put it in this folder
3. Put the TradeMatcher application in that folder
4. Put the script file for your data into that folder and run the TradeMatcher
5. Review the results!
From experience, we realize that some would rather not handle the process at all, but would prefer that it be handled for them as a service. We can do that at rates that are more reasonable than can be found elsewhere in the market ($35 U.S. per account). How? We have staff with time to spare and who are familiar with and very adept at the process. As a result, we can offer the service at commodity prices as opposed to "professional fee prices." It generally takes less than one half an hour of staff time to process the data with our software and review the results. If you would rather have the task performed as a service, contact us during business hours at the number above and we can make the arrangements. In most cases you will have your result files in just a few hours.
