Business litigation, including the representation of the largest domestic and foreign insurers in high damage claims including trucking accidents involving death or loss of limbs, parking garage collapse, etc.

Plaintiff's litigation involving serious injury and class action claims.

Limited Admiralty Law practice in federal and state courts.
